Day 1

I've reached my second highest steady weight that I've ever had at 180lbs and only being 5'6". A couple of years ago I came in at around 190 lbs, and it was by far the worst shape I was ever in, so I'm thankful I haven't reached that point, but I also have to make sure I come nowhere close to that. As a small framed man, ideally I would like to weigh in at 140 lbs, which means my goal should, and will be to lose 40 lbs. I'll keep a log in here of my daily activities and food intake to the best of my ability. I'm sure I'll start with no one, and maybe that trend will continue through out the months, but hopefully I'll find at least 1 person out there to hold me accountable to this blog.

 Day 1:

 Breakfast

1 pear
3 slices of Turkey
3 slices of Salami
1 glass of water

Lunch

10 homemade chicken nuggets
2 glasses of water

Dinner

6 ravioli
1 meatball

Physical Activity

Light walking

Weight

180 lbs (40 lbs left)
